Labor Productivity Calculator
Labor productivity looks at units produced per labor-hour (ULH). Add up the hours your team worked, enter total output, and compare the result to your target to see where you stand.

Want percentage output vs target? See the Productivity Percentage guide or the Employee Productivity Calculator.
Example
Three workers each logged 6 hours (18 labor-hours total) and produced 216 units. Labor productivity = 216 ÷ 18 = 12 units per labor-hour. If your target ULH is 11, you’re at 109% of target.
