Definitions

• Billable minutes: the therapy minutes you must complete (input).
• Productivity %: (Billable minutes ÷ Total time worked) × 100.
• Total time worked: all time in the session, including non-billable tasks.
• Perfect end time: Start time + Total time worked.

Formulas

• Total time worked (minutes) = Billable minutes ÷ (Productivity % ÷ 100)
• Perfect end time = Start time + Total time worked

Rounding

All values are computed in minutes. If a fractional minute occurs, we truncate (round down) to the next whole minute to match the on-page calculation.

Example

Start time: 8:00 AM; Billable: 306; Productivity: 85% → Total worked = 360 minutes (6:00); Perfect end = 2:00 PM.
