Enter at least one workday to see your weekly result. Blank days are ignored. Enter hours, additional minutes, and productive minutes for each day you worked.

This calculator uses one weekly percentage denominator: total productive minutes divided by total worked minutes. It does not decide which activities count as productive, set an employer target, calculate pay or overtime, or store a timesheet in the cloud.

How weekly therapy productivity is calculated

Weekly productivity = total productive minutes ÷ total worked minutes × 100

Target requirement = total worked minutes × productivity target

Remaining productive minutes = target requirement − total productive minutes, when the result is below target

Because the totals are combined before the percentage is calculated, a longer day and a shorter day contribute their actual minutes rather than receiving equal weight just for being separate days.

Example: a five-day target

Five 8-hour days total 2,400 worked minutes. At an 85% target, the weekly requirement is 2,040 productive minutes. Enter the productive minutes completed to see whether the week is at or above target and how many minutes remain if it is incomplete.

Frequently asked questions

What does this weekly productivity calculator include?

It combines worked minutes and productive or billable minutes from Monday through Friday, then compares the totals with the target you enter.

Can I leave a day blank?

Yes. Blank days are ignored. For an entered day, provide worked hours, any additional minutes, and productive minutes so the denominator is clear.

What if I am below my weekly target?

The result shows the target requirement and the productive minutes still needed to reach it within the entered weekly totals. It does not recommend a work schedule or make an employment decision.

Does this replace a timesheet or employer productivity report?

No. It is a browser-only estimate and does not save an account, timesheet, payroll record, or cloud history.
